Cancel any unstarted engagement within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated for undelivered work at our reasonable discretion.
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds for the current month unless we materially fail to deliver.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.
