These Terms govern services provided by Alexandre do Carmo Pereira trading as ClarityBridge Consulting ('we','us') to the client ('you').
Every engagement is confirmed by a written statement of work covering deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms.
Fees are stated on the /pricing page or in the statement of work, in GBP, exclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may cancel a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice. One-off engagements may be cancelled per the Refund Policy.
We treat all client information as confidential, indefinitely, save where disclosure is required by law.
You retain all rights in your own materials. Deliverables prepared for you become yours on final payment. We retain rights in our underlying methodologies and frameworks.
Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
